An organisation groups all objects (invoices, time records, contacts, products). Create one or more organizations as it suits your workflow best.
Applications can be created and managed with Candidate Management.
This module activates the possibility to create invoices. It is also possible to create products, set rules for recurring invoices and manage incoming payments.
This module allows you to create quotations from your stored data, such as products, originators and recipients.

This module enables time recording. With time recording, users can record their times in real time, record them later, assign them to clients and generate invoices from the records.
In the document module, various files and documents can be uploaded and shared. In addition to document management functions, this module is required for other modules (e.g. invoices, contract management, etc.).
The resource module allows you to add and manage your resources. Create item lists of all your room keys, notebooks and beamers, manage who get access and never lose track of your items again.
The payments modules allows you to track your payments and accounts.
The event module allows you to create, manage and edit events and related items.
The website monitor module gives you a ton of features to continuously monitor your websites and get notified if they crash. It also allows you to check if keywords appear or disappear on a monitored site or to catch incoming requests, i. e. from a cronjob, and be notified if they don't occur (heartbeat).
Absences can be used to manage vacation requests, sick leave and other employee absences in the system.
The Shifts module allows you to create and precisely manage work shifts. Shifts can be created at different levels, e.g. for the entire organization or for individual companies and facilities.
The social media module allows you to link multiple social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter and more) and schedule the content to be published in advance.
The Kindergarten module bundles a number of functions that cover the organization of the operating day. These include digital child files, the calculation of the childcare key and the management of contracts.
The food module allows you to create detailed menus, specifying allergens, ingredients, meals, publish them via the Internet or print them.
The album module allows to create and publish collections of images, videos and audio files.
The notes module helps to store and manage notes in the system.
With the contract module all contracts can be managed. Contracts can stand alone, but can also be linked to other entries on HitchDesk (e.g. a kindergarten child or an employee).
With the facility management, local locations of a company can be managed. Depending on the type of location (e.g. store or kindergarten), special configuration options are available.
Contribution management can be used to create contribution plans with recurring contribution payments. Contribution plans can be linked to other elements of the organization. In addition, invoices can be created automatically for each contribution.
With the Sales module, all areas of sales can be managed to organize data in the team and close more deals quickly.
